Returns
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Please adhere to the following procedures for returning goods:
How to return an item:
- You must notify Threads or Dead within 7 days of receiving goods by emailing your details to returns@threadsordead.com.au. Please note your intention to exchange or refund the goods.
- We will issue you a Return Authority Number (RAN) which will include details for the return of the goods.
- Goods will not be accepted without a RAN.
- Goods must be in new and unused condition with all tags intact.
- You are welcome to try the goods on, but garments that have been worn or marked will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for the return of all goods. This includes any costs incurred posting the goods back to us. We recommend you use a registered or trackable postage service.
- For additional exchanges (i.e, the new size you've been sent also doesn't fit) you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- International orders: Please choose carefully. We are happy to exchange an item, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Conditions for exchanges:
- An exchange might not always be possible, as we may not have an item in stock at time of the return. If this occurs we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund (see "Conditions for refunds" below).
- Once the goods have been received and approved for exchange, you will be sent your new item via our speedy delivery service. You will not be charged for this.
Conditions for refunds:
- Once the goods have been received and approved for refund you will be notified and we will process the return of your funds within seven days.
- We will only refund the purchase price of the goods and not the delivery charge.
- We cannot refund to a different credit card or account. All refunds will processed by PayPal using the original account details.
Faulty products:
- If you are sent a faulty product we will gladly exchange or refund it. Simply follow the steps stated above in "How to return an item".
- Once the goods have been received and approved as faulty we will exchange or refund as per your request.
- At our discretion we will reimburse your postage costs for returning the goods to us, at a rate no more than the cost of delivery to your region as stated on our delivery page. Click here to read our Delivery Policy.
Items that are returned in a used condition:
- If you return an item that is deemed to have been used, and is not in a condition that can be resold, you will be notified of this decision, and no exchange or refund will be granted.
- If desired, we will return the item to you using our speedy delivery service, but you will be charged our standard delivery rate for your region. Click here to read our Delivery Policy.
