Delivery
Australia:
All deliveries to Australian addresses are charged at a flat rate of AUD$7.50. We offer a same day despatch service for orders placed before 17:00 (AEST) Monday to Friday*. Orders are delivered using Australia Post Express Post service, and should arrive in 1-3 business days.
Hats
Hats are NOT sent via Express Post. They are sent using standard Australia Post services. We do this because the hats do not fit into the standard Express Post satchel. We do not want to squash our products, so we package them correctly in boxes so that they won't be crushed and loose their shape.
This will mean that you hat will take a couple of extra days to arrive (3-10 working days). But we think the wait is worth it as you can rest assured that your order will arrive in the same pristine condition as it was when it left us here at Threads or Dead HQ. Delivery for hats is charged at the same rate, AUD$7.50.
If you purchase more than one item, for example a tee and a hat, you tee will sent with your hat (we do not split the orders up). As above, this means that your order may take slightly longer to arrive.
International:
Delivery:
Threads or Dead happily deliver to addresses outside of Australia. Just like our Australian deliveries, we offer same day despatch for orders placed before 17:00 (AEST) Monday to Friday*. We use Australia Post International Registered Post with orders arriving between 3-10 business days.
Please note that deliveries will require a signature. So it's best to enter Delivery Details for your work, or a place where you normally reside during business hours.
Prices for international orders are based on the following four delivery zones:

Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority for applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
GST Free:
Best of all... International orders are NOT subject to Australia's GST (Good and Services Tax) of 10%. All prices on the website are shown with GST included. However, when you select your international delivery zone in our Checkout the GST will automatically be removed from your total.
* Excludes Public Holidays (WA)
