Terms and Conditions - Prize Draw
- To enter without purchase, enter your name and email address into the competition form above.
- Closing date for entries is Thursday Decemeber 11 2008 at 4pm WST.
- Winners will be announced the following working day.
- No purchase is required.
- Only one entrance per household.
- Entrants must be 18 years and over.
- Entrants must be residents of Australia (including all states and territories).
- One winner will be randomly drawn from the entrants and will win:
- 3 x Tee
- Can be any combination of three tees from our Men's "Tees" and Women's "Tees and Tops" categories.
- Tees are subject to availability. If a tee is not available, the winner will be required to choose another tee as a substitute.
- Any entry into the free prize draw will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- The draw is not open to anyone associated with the promotion, either employees, families or agents. This includes employees of Threads or Dead.
- Entries made using automated competition entry systems or similar are not allowed. If Threads or Dead believes such a system has been used we reserve the right to disqualify these entries.
- Every reasonable effort will be taken to contact the competition winner. Should the winner not be contactable or able to receive their prize after three months, a redraw will take place.
- Prizes are not transferable and/or redeemable for cash.
- Threads or Dead and their associated subsidiaries will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of the winning and utilising of any prize by any entrant.
